This is a dashi soy sauce with a mellow aftertaste.

Based on the Nikko Toshogu Shrine presentation soy sauce ``Fudaisouden'', the umami of bonito flakes and kelp is added to create a gentle flavor.

Dashi soy sauce can be used as a soup for stews or soba noodles, adding depth and richness to dishes such as stews and oden.It is literally a dish with deep flavor.
