“Homare” heralds a new era of soy sauce
Nikko soy sauce "Homare" made with Nikko rice
It was born from a miraculous collaboration between the sake lees of Junmai Ginjo ``Nikko Homare'' and the soy sauce presented to Nikko Toshogu Shrine ``Fudaisouden.''
The ingredients are carefully selected raw soy sauce and rice koji.
Fudai Soden is a soy sauce made using a two-step process.
We added smooth sake lees from Nikko Homare, a Junmai Ginjo brewed by Nikko's local sake brewery, Watanabe Sahei Shoten, using only Nikko's sake rice.
More complex taste derived from sake
It goes especially well with meat and fish.
Nikko soy sauce "Homare" allows you to enjoy the rich flavor easily and deliciously by simply marinating meat or fish.
Once soaked in soy sauce, please use it completely for stews, etc.
