Nikko Yuba mixed rice base

There are many famous Yuba restaurants in Nikko.
“Nikko no Kekkozuke” is someone I really wanted to work with this time.

The Nikko specialty ``Yuba'' produced by the company is made using Nikko's rich underground water and the handwork of craftsmen.

The ingredients we chose to go with are daikon radish, which is the origin of our flavor, and burdock root, which is rich in flavor.

This product is made using only the soy sauce presented to Nikko Toshogu Shrine, ``Fudai Soden''.
