Yuzu Amasake (non-alcoholic)
Based on Amasake made with domestic rice,
Made with citrusy yuzu juice and fruit pulp that go well together with a highly aromatic flavor.
Also great for making sweets, such as jelly ingredients.
[Amasake Greffle Jelly]
①. Peel the grapefruit.
②. Add ① and water to a pot to make 350g and heat.
③. Once each grapefruit has broken up, turn off the heat.
④. Sprinkle 10g of gelatin and stir until completely dissolved.
⑤. Pour all (300g) of ``Amasake no moto'' into a container.
⑥. Once it cools and hardens, it's ready!
